In World Football Champions is so much the case, you need to bring in your staff, cover all areas from Marketing, Commercial, Stadium and Facilities, Training Base and Youth Facilities...

Below is a list of Staff available in the game that Club's can build their infrastructure:-

Financial Director

The Financial Director is responsible for keeping your club's finances in a positive figure and making profit, they can reduce Player Transfer fees with clubs by 20% and reduce Player Contracts by 10%.

Marketing Director

The Marketing Director is responsible for commercial activities, they can help get your better advertising deals, Shirt Sponsorship, and Stadium Sponsorship Deals.

Assistant Head Coach

Your Assistant Head Coach can help you manage your team, in your abscence they can pick the team and tactics to submit a team for matches.  They can manage your team for 3 games in a row, before you must take charge for 3 games then they can takeover again.  They also help with team coaching and add to coaching abs.

Coaching Staff (appoint max of 4)

Your team needs training this is where employing coaches will help with coaching abs and boost your players.

Goalkeeper Coach

Your Goalkeeping Coach specialises in training your club's keepers and boosting their coaching abs.

Team Doctor

The Team Doctor is an important part of your medical team and helps reduce player injuries by 3 matches per injury.

Team Fitness Physio

The Physio is also important part of the medical team and helps reduce injuries by 1 match and restores 10 fitness points to players in your squad. 
 

Club Scouts (appoint max of 4)

How do you find new players, new world talent?  Your scouting network will be important for sending out and scanning the world of football for new wonderkids, quality players that can boost your club.
